Pros
The people at Arnold are just fantastic. They truly are passionate, caring individuals who never stop innovating and supporting each other.
Cons
I have heard from others that compared to their competitors, the compensations are lower. Perhaps in the coming months, as a come-back agency, we can get more fairness as we work hard.
Advice to Senior Management
Please commit more time to recruiting young talents and interacting with the junior staff. We are the future of the company.
Pros
There is a wide variety of work on some very large clients. Your worked is guaranteed to reach thousands if not millions of people. Many of the co-workers I met are very talented.
Cons
It's a very stubborn place to make any sort of change for the better. They lack greatly in digital design and hope to see it improve in the future. Compensation was very poor.
Advice to Senior Management
Please increase your compensation for digital employees, and listen to them more closely. The working environment could also use improvement to be more team oriented.
Pros
Great roster of Clients, it's located right downtown, lit's also ocated in a mall so Christmas shopping was easier for me.
Cons
Poor senior management that doesn't have a clue what is really going on. Instead of solving the MULTIPLE issues inside of the organization, they turn their heads and point their fingers. Some of the most unfriendly and cliquey people I will ever work with.
Advice to Senior Management
Grow a pair. Take risks, make change and don't look back. Your agency may have been awarded one of Ad Age's top agencies, but take a survey of your people and see how low the morale in that place is.

Internships arent free labor. People should have an opportunity and fair shot at obtaining a position in the company after giving 3 months of free work to the company.
Pros
The company does amazing work and it is awesome to see it being accomplished right in front of your eyes.
It is a great place to learn about the business.
Cons
The upper management really has great people to learn from, but there is not enough interaction with upper management with the interns within their teams.
The intern room unfortunately disconnects the interns from their team.
Pros
The people are fabulous. For the most part, everyone is someone I would want to grab a beer with. They are inclusive, collaborative and aside from a few, the egos are pretty much in check. The creative work is very good and the fact that Arnold actually judges creative based on whether it is going to move the client's business is both unique and respected.
Cons
The pay is not very good. They pay some people a whole lot of money, new people that have big reputations (whether they deserve them or not) and others just average or frankly below average. We work LOONGGG hours too.
Advice to Senior Management
Do a level-set. Look at the people you have working there and decide, is this someone I want to keep, if so, get them where they should be. Don't expect them to stay forever.
Pros
Arnold has been transformed since Andrew joined. He is an amazing guy who will take the agency to an entirely new place.
Cons
There are still some management that need to either evolve with Andrew or leave.

Your people are everything, spend 25% of your day thinking about how to make them better.

The "little people" are forgotten about
Best way to grow or earn a higher title is to leave and come back.

Forget titles. Treat people equal and give opportunity to everyone.
