Pros
Laid back management. Flexible work hours. Plenty of time off. Unlimited candy supply. Ability to create your own success. Good Values
Cons
Sometimes the work days are full of intense and hard work, but nothing that you wouldn't find at a different factory.
Advice to Senior Management
Organization is key, while they do it well there still is slight room for further improvement in relaying information to employees.
