    Pros

Learn to have confidence in going into different stores

    Cons

Everything. Managers can be rude, and pressure interns. Instead of trying to create a learning enviornment where interns are learning, managers pressure them to sell.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so mean to interns. They are trying hard. Just because you made a ton of sales when you were an intern, does not mean that you can bully others. Stop making interns feel bad if they don't make a sale.

    Pros

Company gives you great training and you will receive a lot of opportunities from their corporate partners. Lots of opportunities to move up within the company.

    Cons

Can be discouraging when you first get out into the field and begin working. Product is considered over priced for many of the businesses.

    Advice to Management

    Needs more price fluctuation

    Pros

Expenses paid sales training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Great networking opportunities with career partners. All of the hard work pays off when it comes to looking for a career in sales.

    Cons

It can sometimes be a pain to have to constantly bug the same businesses after they've said no 5 times. Paper advertising is the hardest type of sales, and it really takes a lot of motivation. My market was small and so was my territory which made it harder to sell.

    I worked at AroundCampus

    Pros

Learned management and communication skills. Helped me to be more upfront and courageous to confront businesses.

    Cons

Invested a lot of time, money and effort to something that wasn't really rewarding. Experience would have been better with a more organized regional manager.
