Pros
Location is right off the highway, employees are very friendly (but isn't everyone in Colorado??), currently improving technology, lots of new employees - so you won't feel alone.
Cons
Pay is fairly low unless you come in at Directors level or above. Benefits are just okay. Management will fire/layoff employees easily - most people are new and now I know why. NO DIVERSITY in upper management, nor does the company care. No bells & whistles (well depends on which building they stick you in) no gym, no cafeteria, no on-campus events/guest speakers. Managers track everything; vacation, sick time, holidays..you name it - not flexible at all.
Advice to Senior Management
More onsite training/lectures for employees (no more web-based training). Establish diversity initiatives. Pay people what they are worth. Implement flexible work schedules.
Pros
Company pays for first 2x salary life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability coverage.
Fun, no-nonsense organization.
HR and IT stay reasonably out of the way to ensure productivity.
Cons
Hiring and layoffs are driven by quarterly financial results.
Promotions based upon old boys club connections and not merit.
Competitive compensation exists only for directors and above.
Small, awkward cubes for non-managers.
Advice to Senior Management
Good overall corporate culture of performance.
Choose a strategy, any strategy, and nurture it until is blossoms.
Re-focus HR to attract and keep talent.

Advice to Senior Management
Keep driving to be the best
Pros
A very flexible schedule with many possibilities to grow, Management is always there to help and the ability to move up is endless
Cons
The entry level job is boring and tedious. There needs to be more variety to keep potential employees interested in their job
Advice to Senior Management
Form more porject teams that allows for interaction. bouncing ideas off each other is a good way for a business to succeed
Pros
Good benefits, chance to move around the country,
Cons
Difficult work environment; no respect for fellow employees, little or no training
Advice to Senior Management
Everyone is overworked but take a closer look at salary structure and how work is assigned--very one-sided
Pros
1. Above average salary than market
2. Extremely good technical team
3. Balanced personal and official work life
4. Flexibility to work from home in case of emergency
Cons
1. Horrible infrastructure
2. Not very much comfirt zone for new-joinees
3. No HR available in Pune, so mainly managed from Bangalore
4. All directives come from US on which India managers dont put a finger even if its wrong. So mostly US driven company
5. Vendors are treated like god... thats weird!!
Advice to Senior Management
Learn to say NO sometimes!!
Pros
Great place to start learning about new technologies and get exposed to Silicon Valley. The company allows a significant level of freedom to improve one self.
Cons
Middle management can sometime run rampant and favoritism becomes a problem. The company doesn't provide alot of training, so its up to the individual's initiative to improve.
Advice to Senior Management
Top management need to have better control over the middle management, and should allow rank and file more review input of middle managers.
Pros
Arrow is a great place to work. The managment team in Eden Prairie is fantastic and are not micro managers at all. Annual goals increase the typical 10-20% each year which makes it hard some years but growth iss good.
Cons
Pay stinks. 35k annual salaray is pretty much the same for everyone in sales with about 15k in annual bonus if you hit 100% plan.
Advice to Senior Management
Fight for more money to your over worked under paid employees
Pros
Most of the people are great, they work hard and take pride in doing a good job for the company and for the reseller customers.
Cons
Layoffs are a regular event, and have little or nothing to do with sales or job performance. It never feels safe, even if you are doing everything right. Might be politics, or it might be that the employees are simply numbers that the company feel can be easily replaced.
Advice to Senior Management
Your sales and finance teams are the face of the company to the reseller customers. The revolving door is frustrating for the customer, and revenues can take a hit as a result.
