Pros – Solid Branch Management and Leadership.
Cons – Primary employee services are remote and disjointed.
Advice to Senior Management – Allow more feedback from the employee's with regards to changes and how the changes are going to be perceived by general populace. Relying on some the HR to communicate changes is a huge mistake as some of the branch HR managers do not properly service their customers.
