    Pros

If you're willing to be an obedient submissive little boy or girl then you will do well here. If you are single or have no life other than work then this is the perfect place for you.

    Cons

There is a points system. Once you get 100 points you are fired. You can accumulate points for any and every little thing. For the unlucky employees the supervisor will give you points just because he/she felt like it. Workload fluctuates. Sometimes they work you to death. The workload dramatically decreases before Christmas, right when you need the money the most. The pay is minimum wage and it takes many years to get a raise. You will get a 5 cent raise after working for them for a year. A co-worker who has worked here for 30 years is only making 12 an hour and one who has been working there for 7 years is only making slightly above minimum wage. There's definitely something wrong with that picture. You do not feel like a valued employee here. A lot of the supervisors have a lack of leadership and management skills, and have poor people skills but are given a management position just because they are friends or relatives of the owner of the company.

    Advice to Management

Most of the management staff need to take courses in managing people, a basic psychology course at minimum, sensitivity training, and need to remove their over inflated heads from their behinds.

    Pros

Decent base pay and 8% of your routes take. You have freedom while on the road and can start very early.

    Cons

Plant workers are not the brightest. Getting trained properly is difficult. Management is only worried about revenue not safety of their workers

    Advice to Management

Be more hands on. Seek advice from employees and don't be so short sighted.

    Pros

You get what you put into working here. The co-workers were great and a lot of them are still friends with me. They offer college assistance and love to promote within.

    Cons

There isn't a closer branch to Pittsburgh. The commute was the only reason I left.

    Advice to Management

provide more workshops on leadership, excel and computer courses.

    Pros

The amount of control you have over your route is a nice perk. The pay is better than what most people think. The managers are very friendly and rarely talk down to employees. Employees are rewarded for selling performance. Lots of rewards are given for exceeding sales goals. This is a very friendly company.

    Cons

Work is physically demanding. Poor management decisions are made that impact employees negatively. Higher ups aren't held accountable for mistakes. Patience is tested by customers who can be both rude and stupid at times.

    Advice to Management

Website needs to be set up so customers can order shirts rapidly. Sales are often lost because process takes too long.

    Pros

Good spirit of camaraderie and cooperation amongst peers.

    Cons

Management is spread far too thin, and with little to no knowledge of many of the departments they oversee. Recommendations and suggestions for improvement are dismissed and overlooked. Communication between departments is abysmal, and contributes to processes being outdated and clumsy, and much work having to be re-done. Expectations for the output of most non-management employees is unrealistic and completely demoralizing to the staff.

    Advice to Management

Almost a waste to give advice, because they won't take it.
