Pros – The amount of control you have over your route is a nice perk. The pay is better than what most people think. The managers are very friendly and rarely talk down to employees. Employees are rewarded for selling performance. Lots of rewards are given for exceeding sales goals. This is a very friendly company.
Cons – Work is physically demanding. Poor management decisions are made that impact employees negatively. Higher ups aren't held accountable for mistakes. Patience is tested by customers who can be both rude and stupid at times.
Advice to Senior Management – Website needs to be set up so customers can order shirts rapidly. Sales are often lost because process takes too long.

Pros – Good spirit of camaraderie and cooperation amongst peers.
Cons – Management is spread far too thin, and with little to no knowledge of many of the departments they oversee. Recommendations and suggestions for improvement are dismissed and overlooked. Communication between departments is abysmal, and contributes to processes being outdated and clumsy, and much work having to be re-done. Expectations for the output of most non-management employees is unrealistic and completely demoralizing to the staff.
