Professional growth opportunities were present (Until 2010, at which time the faults of senior management and their decision making abilities became clearly sub-par.).

Cons

Senior management's ability to control their greediness was ineffective and hence, led to the death of many careers. Who knows if any of them care but the effect it has had on the employees may last forever.

Advice to Senior Management

Their discipline has been rendered by NCUA and they have all been terminated. The new leadership group that is yet to be appointed but they must not fall into the same trap.
