Pros
great experience and friendly staff
Cons
Low pay. What else can I say. I'm making $5 less an hour than I would anywhere else. On top of that were short staffed.
Advice to Senior Management
loosing all employees cuz pay is so bad. Start finding other ways to save money so u can compete with other hospitals pay.
