    Pros

Good promotion if your relation with boss is good. No leadership once top management say you have to do it.

    Cons

    No planning for company growth.
    bad company management.
    delay in salary
    hire and fire company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company culture is not good.
Initially the company was giving salaries on time, but after 1 year they started to delay salaries.
In august 2012 they terminated 80 permanent employees, without notice.
In Feb. 2013 ,220 employees were asked to resign.

At that time people from Bhushan steel came & asked us to resign .

We felt insulted as people from some other company were asking us to leave company.

so the employees went on strike for getting full and final settlement(which was denied by company).the strike lasted for 2 months. Still From 1 year & 2 Months I did not get My final settlement.

I advice the management to behave with employees in corporate manner.
