    Pros

    Great culture and some of the smartest people in business. Invested in training and provided excellent feedback. Great network for later in life.

    Cons

    It firm is gone. The government took the big 5 to the big 4. In hindsight killing Andersen was a mistake. Unfortunately its a mistake that can't be undone.
