Pros

Arthur Andrew Medical hired me from a freelance writer to a full time employee. I really like the small business environment. All of our meetings are engaging and extremely well organized. Many of my former employers departments were very disjointed. The entire company participates in the meetings and the president always attends via Skype or in person. Every department and employee for that matter has a stake in the almost every business decision that made. The atmosphere is friendly and very family oriented.

Cons

Sales floor is extremely loud and disruptive. The office space is fully maxed out. Many of the IT people and graphics designers share common work areas and offices. The topic of expanding to a larger facility is often brought up, but never acted on.

Advice to Senior Management

I like working for Arthur Andrew, I feel that even in a down economy the management is extremely fiscally responsible and unlike working for a big firm I'm not worried about getting downsized or laid off without notice. The benefits are great, but how about stock options for employees?
