- Middle management is below average
- Lack of communication and teamwork in all levels
- Complex organisation structure leads to slow decision making
- Too many stakeholders but little support to get things done

- Keep investing in professionalisation but do not loose the open doors culture
- Make performance management a serious leverage for achieving results
- Hire good middle managers outside the group
- Simplify the organisation structure
