    Pros

Great work environment. Nice people. Great PTO policy. Good career potential. It is not a cut throat environment and everyone I have worked with has been pleasant

    Cons

The bank has a low starting salary/hourly pay for most positions. It can take a while to work your way up.

    Advice to Management

Recruit and retain young talent and raise pay for positions that merrit it. Upgarde systems and technology.

    Pros

The job itself was rather easy, taking calls, answering emails, cubicle life to the max. The benefits were very generous and the starting pay was a handsome amount. Its near criminal how much white collars make for doing much of nothing.

    Cons

This isn't really a con its just well; the Office isn't meant for everyone. You have to worry about offending your coworkers (mainly supos and brownnosers) and typical office politicking. Honestly, they just don't let you be well, you. They mayr as well replace CSR's with an automated telephone system at this rate..

    Advice to Management

I understand the need to be professional, but don't kid yourself. You're still a no name bank in a forgettable part of the coutnry. Let your associates be themselves, not these PC robots that suffocate the humanity out of the breakroom from time to time. Other than that, you guys are pretty awesome, I'm still a customer of the bank and a proud one at that!

    Pros

A great company that is growing fast. All in all a great place to work. PTO, 401k, insurance and profit sharing.

    Cons

They are growing so fast I believe they are struggling to keep up with the changes. Some people being promoted to positions they aren't ready for.

    Pros

Great benefits, great people, lots of perks if you work in operations. Steady employment. Most of the upper management is great, but there are a few that seem to be misplaced and unqualified.

    Cons

Very hard to move up. If you want to be a lender, it's better to be a male.

    Advice to Management

Just because someone doesn't have a degree, doesn't mean they aren't capable.

    Pros

I Loved the customer interaction. The trusting relationships with my customers is what kept me from leaving earlier than I did.

    Cons

Extremely high demand of employee physical image that was could not be supported by very low pay. Company valued image over customers needs and care.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your customers and employees before attempting to be heard.

    Pros

Generally good hours, positive environment, good benefits.

    Cons

Low base salary, local management is a gamble. Quick growth has cause many to be promoted to positions they are not competent in.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to hire away from competitors. You have great people, but some are over their heads.

    Pros

Profit sharing bonus, nice people, great benefits, 401k, health, vision and dental, free popcorn and coffee,

    Cons

Pay is not the best at least as a teller or FSR. Leadership can vary greatly with some very poor managers. Doing anything related to people's money is difficult.

    Advice to Management

There is too much a "good old boy" system in place. If you haven't worked for the bank for several years, anything you do wrong is generally overlooked.

    Pros

Management is very good at progressing their employees who want to grow their career within the bank. Excellent structured company.

    Cons

If management wants to retain it's employee's, pay needs to increase. Yes, there are benefits tied in as well but money talks more!

    Advice to Management

Keep communication channels open with everyone.
