    Pros

Truly next generation and disruptive! It takes a lot of knowledge, capabilities, experience and conviction to envision something of this sort and takes all the more courage to execute on the vision of making it a reality and delivering.

If you want to put your job on the fast-track, this is the place. This is place to get the right set of training, mentoring, mastering and excelling all of it. There are no managers in this company - just leaders. The leaders lead by examples, are extremely hands-on, technically driven, hard-working and has so much business acumen allowing you to get it right the first time and every time. Now imagine all of this with absolutely no-nonsense, no political crap, no favoritism and so forth - the perfect recipe for success. For performers, this is the place to be. If you are someone who are looking for a place to doze off.. go find some other place.

    Cons

    nothing I can think off..

I have been working at Aryaka Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Interesting technology, but can be easily replaced or beaten by competitors with more funding, because the core service of the company is just a reseller of internet bandwidth.. They buy the BW from top tier ISP, then resell to subscribers to make a little profit.

    Cons

    - business model may not last long
    - confusion from inexperienced managements. They hire people blindly, then fire them when they realized it's over hire. So be really careful when you join the company. Make sure your position is secure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make sure you add unique techniques in your service, so you are not easily replaced.

I have been working at Aryaka Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You do get a bit more of leisure and food, which agaon falls hard on your salary.
Good people to hangout with but not to work along.

    Cons

SADLY THE MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO COVER UP FOR ALL THIS ON GLASSDOOR BY ASSIGNING THEIR MARKETING TEAM TO WRITE THEIR OWN FANCY REVIEWS TO FOOL MORE PEOPLE.
(AND IF IT IS SOO GREAT PLEASE DO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR >60 EMPLOYEES LEAVING THEIR JOBS IN PAST 6 MONTHS @ ARYAKA )
    Management is pathetic.
If you are planning to have fun then do join here.. cause they have everything from drinks to drugs within the premises apart from working.
Managers and senior employee are either found sleeping around or drunk..
So I guess you can find good support for the US shift.
Partiality is at its peak - Seniors can cheat and blame the freshers.

ANYONE PLANNING TO JOIN HERE EVEN AFTER READING ALL THIS.. GOD SAVE YOU THEN.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mr Ajit Gupta and Ms Sonal Puri.
Please do talk to each of those 60 employees personally and find out what runs at your offices in your absence.

I have been working at Aryaka Networks full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The management is very supportive and lends an ear if anyone has any suggestions to make.
Being a start-up the learning curve is very steep and one gets to know many things about technology and corporate life alike.
The core sales team is very passionate about their job and being a part of them is an experience which is unique only to Aryaka.
If you are a performer, you can earn a very handsome income.
Company provides many opportunities for you to grow. All you have to do is prove that you deserve it.

    Cons

Nothing comes to my mind in particular but maybe a few more outings can make it more better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only suggestion is please make the transport facility better.

I have been working at Aryaka Networks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

chance to experience what a high pressure environment is.
Company product is good enough to be to a business unit in a large company.

    Cons

The management praises those employees whose importance is immediate to the product to sky high and shows lot of affection and personal attention. This gives a high to such employees who have found favor with the management and then in full gratitude they work day and night on all 7 days of the week.
And then there are those engineers whose work may seem important to some in the management but not so important to few others. Such employees are then put under huge pressure and are made to work day and night of all 7 days. Updates are asked regularly on even week ends.
Thus both the employees who do critical work and hence are in the good books of the management and others who are assigned with not so critical work are working in office day and nights. It is common to see people stay in the company till 5 am and then return to office to start working again from 7 am to till next day 5 am.
The employees who were assigned critical work and were in the good books of the management will finish that in due course of time and then move over to some not so critical work. And then some among the management will begin to feel that those employees are not doing great work. Now these employees will begin to work under huge pressure. It is just a matter of time before their job is in danger.
Once a guy made record of sorts by coming on Thursday morning and he left the company only on Tuesday morning. He dint go home in the period in between and was working all along...
I have seen some of the people working at Aryaka loosing the charm on their face due to working in both on nights and daytime.. Swollen eyes, health issues are quite commonly seen among these hard working employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Aryaka Networks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

None. Simply awful. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are bogus. management compels the employees to submit them.

    Cons

Poor results. Arrogant and Inept leadership that talks down to its employees and discourages feedback. They basically manage through harassment and as a result have very turn over. This place is a revolving door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look in the mirror. Maybe it time to bring in a professional management team?
