Senior Management does not know how to lead, and ego's prevent them from listening to others.

    Pros

If you are looking for safe, stable, non cutting edge, this is it.

    Cons

Politics rule the day, many small legions due the bidding of one particular director. NO COMMUNICATION. <ever>
No room to grow, to excel or grow a career. Get your skills learned here, then leave.

    Advice to Management

What go you to where you are, is not working now. Change, listen, be flexible and allow more than one person to direct it all. The people you have in place, are they the best you can have in that spot?

Leadership is indecisive...reorganization every year, sometimes twice a year.
