Current Employee – been working at Ascension Health
Pros – If you are looking for safe, stable, non cutting edge, this is it.
Cons – Politics rule the day, many small legions due the bidding of one particular director. NO COMMUNICATION. <ever>
No room to grow, to excel or grow a career. Get your skills learned here, then leave.
Advice to Senior Management – What go you to where you are, is not working now. Change, listen, be flexible and allow more than one person to direct it all. The people you have in place, are they the best you can have in that spot?
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
