Management needs to be revamped. Very immature and catty, hold grudges against future projects and promotions.

pay could be better, drive could be shorter, decisons are made at a national level and may not reflect the needs of the local ministry

Hiring process sucks. Hires and promotes friends without the required requirements of the job. Networking seems to be somewhat abused.

management sucks Benefits are being cut every year. This is the busiest hospital in town yet he equipment is outdated and often unsafe.

communicate changes and the rationale behind them. support your employees and realize the majority are doing their best. and listen to what your staff says.

The nurses and doctors calling in for support are the rudest people Ive ever dealt with
I no longer have any respect for anyone in the medical field
Would get cursed out by doctors and nurses for trying to help them
Sworn at on almost a daily basis
Had to beg for training
