    Pros

I have been working for Ashford for almost 5 years and find it is a great place to work if you avoid getting too caught up with other people's negativity. It is hard to stay away from as this company has a high turnover rate however, if you do, you might find that you really enjoy your co-workers and your position.

    Cons

It can be a hard type of environment to get used to for someone coming from a different industry.
