Pros
to get money for my child and to pay for experiences.
Cons
people make me been miserable and angry
Advice to Senior Management
to be responsible and complicated
Pros
Its a easy job compared to other retailers. Flexible. If you are looking for a second job or you are a student it may work for you
Cons
PAY SUCKS. The hours fluctuate. The customers can be very annoying . There is little opportunity for growth here so dont GET STUCK. You should always be looking for other employment. Its nothing more than a check. This is a 6months to a year type of gig.
Advice to Senior Management
PAY BETTER for selling cheap, over-priced merchandise and dealing with your customers and crazy sales and policies that change in the blink of an eye and your turnover rate and sales goals just may be met.
Pros
the company is being revamped so that should create an opportunity to move up. they are always in touch with fashion.
Cons
they are behind with how they file their paper work. the company is in a state of contempt and im not sure if they are trying to move forward.
Advice to Senior Management
need to start over from the top. put the right managers in place. right now the ones that are there knows the customer to much, and don't want to let under achieving employees go.
Pros
Discounts on clothes. They are WAY overpriced.
Cons
PAY sucks . You do TOO MUCH for min. wage. Hours are very sparsely given too
Advice to Senior Management
Hire less associates and up the pay rate at least a dollar more an hour. Your turnover rate would not be as high.
Pros

Great Growth within the company
Don't stay open late unless you work inside a mall
Cons
The dsm take a position to seriously. She try to talk down to you only if you let her. Don't get paid alot for all the hard work you do...
Pros
Merchandising team is small, so you get great exposure of all aspects of the business. Fun coworkers and vendors to work with.
Cons
Limited growth and development of young workers. Managers are too busy to give feedback and take time to teach, you learn through experience.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to work on development of staff and be more formal in business meetings - show more respect to all employees at all levels.
