    Pros

    The clothes
    The customers are truly faithful
There is always something to do
    And again the clothes!!!

    Cons

The store system is outdated. Just to close it would take us 2 hrs.
Hours get severely cut (managers got them all)
Sometimes there is too much gossip and tension

    Advice to Management

Management should update the entire system
Managers should not talk about any other employees in front of another employee

  2. Ashley Stewart is a very unstable company

    Pros

I worked with the company as an assistant manager and I enjoyed the environment in which I worked in. Also my boss at the time, Dora Suber, showed me to work to my highest potential. The company also offered a variety of contests with great incentives.

    Cons

The one con is depending who is your boss (SSM), you could be doing a lot of work because of the slack tthat you pick up.

    Advice to Management

    Keep business and friendships separate.

I worked at Ashley Stewart full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I like dressing the customers up. I love to help with pick out outfits for different events they attend.

    Cons

The customers were my biggest challenge. Dealing with the rudeness, attitudes and threats all day long but still trying to be professional.

    Advice to Management

i believe associates and management can not be friends outside work. It only can be strictly business. If management have to terminate their friend/associate it will cause conflict in their personal relationships

  11. Unfortunately the company got away from its core customer base over the years
