    Was too far from the city. Traveling was difficult.

    Pros

    Work culture is good, but the work environment is not that good. The company has a long history and it had seen lot of ups and downs.

    Cons

    The management seems to give more liberty in decisions to the project leaders, but in fact it does not. Growth trajectory is pretty much downwards.

    Tamil is widely used, even in the board rooms, which sometimes excludes people out of state.

    Engineers go thorough a rigorous training at various manufacturing and R&D sections

    No focus on Young employees and Management Trainees
    No proper Learning an Development initiatives
    no robust Performance management systems
    Poor salary structure
    Pay cuts at the time of slow down
    Very poor perks
    Lack of coordination among various departments
    No proper mentoring from senior leadership
    Frequent changes in organizational hierarchy
    Lack of acceptance to new ideas and initiatives
    laid back attitude of Human Resources Managers .

    its high time the focus on young management graduates rather than promoting the older ones .
