    no growth... worst possible work culture.... employees in factories behave like gundaas.... new comers are ill treated...They recruit engineers make them do labor work

    Brand value to the outer world but reality will strike you from day 2 of the job

    1. No respect to laterals
    2. Campus placement studrnts viewed as if jumped from sky
    3. Chances of keeping on bench
    4. Continous salary reduction
    5. Mgmt doesnt even care for top people
    6. No peace of mind
    7. No knowledge transfer
    8.Locked forever
    9. Even few HR resigned seeing this situation
    10. No job security

    Excellent Place to start for engineering graduates / diploma graduates
    Good technical Training

    Cons

    To many Processes
    No focus on learning and Development of Management Trainees
    No Cross Functional Training fro Management Trainees
    Poor compensation for Management Graduates
    No proper Growth track for MBA's
    More focus on impression management than individual performance
    No focus on leadership and values
    Performance never judged along the value system
    Poor attrition has led to more of old aged employees stuck to a similar ole for years and lot of times it is a challenge for new comers to prove their metal to senior leadership
    Management aspirants underutilized.

    Its time senior leadership to focus more on the learning and development
    Higher value oriented management Trainees and sustaining them for a longer time
    MBA aspirants to be given a chance to put in the ideas for better growth and learning of the organization
    focus on quarterly reviews of performance
    A 360 degree feedback for each and every individual
    Better compensation for Management Trainees
