I have been working at Asian Paints as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Overall its a very good company
Talking about the pros, there are many but the best I liked are:-
    Independence in work
    Good compensation given
    excellent opportunities for freshers

    Cons

work life balance may be an issue for some because domains like marketing may involve a lot of travelling but this is the case in any marketing department across the industry so one should be prepared!

I have been working at Asian Paints full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very enterprising for a promoter driven co. and innovation is in DNA of every employee. Lots of freedom and breadth to take decisions.

    Cons

No ESOPS :) ALso should be a bit more risk taking. High performers do not get substantially higher benefits or faster promotion. Even though they are well recognised by management by placing them in new, difficult or innovative projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ESOPS. Faster promotion for high performers
