Pros
Lot's of autonomy to manage clients as needed.
No problems with budget for marketing; management allowed expenses for whatever was necessary.
Cons
Flow of information out of London was poor at times.
London management didn't always understand conditions in the US.
Lot's of flip-flopping on strategic plans.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more open to new ideas from the field.
Keep satellite employees more informed as to what's going on.
Ensure that key members of the firm are available for clients when needed.
