none. Its CEO is a CA so you know your company well financially structured.
Cons
People in management positions are not qualified for the posts, they are paid to be puppets and not exercise their own thought of mind. Growth is based on sucking up to the right people, and ultimately you are just a number.
Advice to Senior Management
Higher qualified people for the positions required. there is so such room for improvement, but cutting costs and employing monkeys, you ultimately going to end up with peanuts.
