No benefits if you are part-time.

Little training offered when hired, but this aspect has greatly improved
Advice to Senior Management
Yearly raises would be a nice incentive. Also, more administrative responsiblities or job duties would be beneficial.
Pros

Cons

Salary is low and you only get a moderate pay raise 3, 5 and 10 years. After the 10th year, their are no more raisesand it is only 5% raise which does not keep up with inflation. turnover rate is very high due the poor salary, benefits and stress one is under.
