    Pros

This agency has a wide range of useful services to offer clients. The staff and clinicians are passionate about their work with clients. Employees seem to have the initial drive to work together for the greater good of the client.

    Cons

The wages are deplorable. The "Executive" staff are aware of this and have not made any changes. As a result the company suffers increased turn over and loses good people that really don't want to leave.

    Advice to Management

Increase wages to prevent turn over.

    I worked at Aspiranet

    Pros

The staff are professional and dedicated to their work.

    Cons

Limited raises (3% after years 3, 5 and 10 and then you are maxed) and unpaid on call.

    Advice to Management

Change raises to, at the minimum, accommodate cost of living increases. The longer you work there the less you get paid because of cost of living increases.

    Pros

Helping families in need. The social workers and other upper management are very supportive.

    Cons

Available hours; usually two to three hours a day and mostly evening and weekends were the only hours available.

    Advice to Management

New employees should have more on the job training before being put on a case.

    Pros

Benefits, consistent schedule, sufficient parking, kitchen in the office, 1 hour lunches

    Cons

Stressful work, too much work not enough employees, upper management is incompetent and over paid, workers are overworked and under paid, company cannot stick with 1 base of procedures resulting in 5 different procedures for 1 task, cannot work effectively with state agencies,

    Advice to Management

Pay your workers what they are worth and for the work they are expected to complete. Review your upper management for their work completed. Allow employees to rate their management and really listen to their opinions.

    Pros

When the child matches with the program, you do see changes in their behavior

    Cons

Not enough training. Not enough support.

    Advice to Management

For new comers with no experience, it's best to start with only one client. And, if available, a client that is higher functioning because it can and will get difficult. Taking on more than you can handle will lead you to burn out very early. Make sure this is a job for you. You can be good at it, but it doesn't mean that you will be happy.

    Pros

The work that the agency does with the clients is amazing. The different groups that are offered at the office are really beneficial to the whole family. The atmosphere in the office is awesome. I know I can go to any supervisor and they fully support me. There are a lot of different trainings that we do to keep up to date. The benefits are decent with the option for the company to cover the cost of your medical insurance.

    Cons

The pay could be better for the intensive services that are provided. Some Saturday and evening work at times.
