I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time for more than 3 years

Challenging work experience with a variety of projects.

Incredibly long hours, below average pay, high turnover, no work-life balance and senior managers lack real concern for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Honesty and integrity are key in creating a competitive business. Employees are the greatest asset but are not treated as such.
