I have been working at Aspire full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The employees were nice to work with and very helpful

    Cons

Management and owner do not know how to run a business. High turnover and poor commission program. Can make more in a salaried position working for a corporation recruiting. High risk with employees turning over every 90-120 days. Check out linkedin and see how many people used to work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recommend growing your employees instead of letting them try to figure it out on their own. Lack of formal training program. Management and owner favor certain employees over others.
Total compensation did not match what was discussed in the interview process. Kinda a bait and switch.

    High employee turnover

I worked at Aspire full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Co-workers were great to work with. Real team players and enjoyable. They cover each other's back.

    Cons

Company has high turnover of employees. 3 months and a new round of people start. Difficult for the organization to gain momentum. Recommend real training for staff if you plan to hire new people to the industry. Most were given a little training but had to figure it out on their own. Sink or swim environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more experienced staff. When hiring junior staff you will need to give them more time to ramp up and train them. Be more involved in selling the company and not just enjoying what employees do to make you money. Owner seems well connected but shares leads with only a few chosen employees.

I worked at Aspire full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Love the people I worked with

    Cons

Too much focus on areas which did not help me get my job done. Technology was lacking and many problems encountered everyday, which slowed you down and made you less productive

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Outward appearance makes the company look good, but after you get there and see behind the scenes it is very clear the group is dysfunctional and striving to be more than they really are. Focus on the business and helping employees succeed.

This organization is an unmitigated circus. Senior management is not truthful as to what your role will be.

    I worked at Aspire

    Pros

Employees pull for one another. Aspire tries to stay current with technology and for the most part succeeds.

    Cons

Constant turnover, Senior Management a joke, Not truthful when hiring internal staff. Additionally, they will think nothing of redoing your comp plan. Before accepting a position do a little research on LinkedIn and talk to the army of people who have worked there and left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little professionalism would go a long way.
