Pros – Stable employment and good basic working conditions, there are some bonuses like: private healthcare or sport programs. The firm has many large and interesting projects developed for the largest companies and government.

Cons – This firm is very varied firm in terms of workers, teams, managers and ways of work. You can meet good workmates, managers and interesting project, etc. but also you can't have luck and get stuck in poor project with poor manager.
