“Effective process”
Current Employee – been working at Asset Management Finance
Pros – First to describe is the environment at AMEX is best fit in me. The job is challenge and I think there are much of job procession here at AMEX
Cons – Culture structure is hard to explain. Since I'm a new comer may be I need a bit of time to adapt with all the process and job report
Advice to Senior Management – The process should be more flow. Sometimes the work is stuck in the middle because we have to wait for the authority person.
