Pros
- My boss was always accommodating to my schedule needs
- Decent pay and opportunities
- Enjoyed most of the employees who worked there
Cons
- Sometimes higher management is spread too thin
- the higher up you get in the management the more demanding and often time too stressful the expectations become
Advice to Senior Management
Respect and show respect for all of your employees more consistently. Also make the jobs of managers more reasonable as being spread too thin will save you money, but it will cost in the lack of quality customer service that can be truly offered.
Pros
If you mind your own business and don't get involved in the politics and do your job, everything will be fine.
Good benefits. Fair vacation days and sick time. Great corporate benefits.
Cons
There are rules set, and people do not abide by them, management just shrugs it off. There is no respect for management because they do not respect the employees. It is an extremely stressful work environment! There is absolutely no team morale. It is every man for themselves, and a business should not be run like that.
Advice to Senior Management
Sit down and listen to your employees. Treat them right. Build morale. THERE IS NONE!
Pros
It's a small company that grew really fast - so to a point, there is still that small company feel. Overall, the people who work there are extremely nice and WANT this company to succeed.
Cons
There is competition and struggle among executive management. The company grew too fast and did not take the time to put the proper resources in place to manage it. The result is many employees who are overworked, underpaid and burned out. Employees want this company to succeed and have worked hard to get it to where it is today - but since they have not been rewarded, recognized or compensated for it, many of the people who really cared are leaving for better opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Re-evaluate the leadership and make the changes that need to take place. When you have new initiatives, stop trying to make it happen in 5 minutes - instead, analyze it, plan it, put the proper resources in place to execute it. Instead of focusing on making it happen fast, focus on making it happen successfully. Evaluate your salary structure across the board and implement some guidelines, so it's more fair.
Pros
there is a lot of flexibility with schedule on site
Cons
Pay is low, not much room to grow with that.
Advice to Senior Management
have more reviews for your staff so that they can grow with the company more.
