    Pros

    Compared to similar companies in the industry, Associated Business Systems offers one of the best product offerings to it's customers, which as a representative, I can stand firm with confidence knowing we have a great device, great service, and great internal support if issues arise. Compensation for top 15% is good. Great company to launch a professional sales career with.

    Cons

    Compensation is sub-par compared to other similar companies in the industry. A consistent feeling that some higher levels of management are too far removed from the teams they lead, causing unrealistic goals and visions.

    Close proximity to the I-5 corridor, relaxed attitude towards attire for inhouse administration.

    Cons

    Rampid micromanagement, administrative support staff severly lacking to size of company, untrustworthy senior management, devisive techniques used to detur insubordination, unreasonable goals set by underqualified midlevel management.

    More receptiveness to employee feedback.

    Pros

    Coworkers are a blast, benefits are good, pay is decent. Customers that you help are very grateful for your time and efforts.

    Cons

    The technical oriented people are told to be sales people and to essentially ignore support cases if there is a new sales engagement happening. Doesn't make any sense. The company will tell you that you can take classes to further your career training and goals, but that won't actually happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop focusing so much on new sales when your current customers aren't being given any value in the support contracts they pay for yearly.
