    Pros

You talk to a lot of interesting people and while you are talking to them you are making your quota and bonuses. The bonuses range from $100 to $300 extra with your check weekly.

    Cons

Did not know how to compensate people when there were problems with employees experiencing bullhorns and loud noises were blown thru the headsets rupturing eardrums.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care as much about your employees as much as the quotas.

    Pros

It's a good job to have if you're attending college or just need to get a few bills paid

    Cons

You only make $10.00 an hour if you work the full 40 hours. If you drop below 40 hours for any reason at all your hourly rates drops to minimum wage.

You can make up hours lost on a Saturday but you will not make enough to cover one missed day.

Your customers are money, I was talking to a cancer patient that wanted to donate money. he custom wanted to talk just for a few seconds, the manager disconnected the call stating get the donation and get off the phone.

For every hour worked you get 6 or 7 minutes break, if you work 7 hours you get a total of 42-49 minutes. Every time you pause your phone minutes are deducted including restroom breaks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put your sell in the employee's shoes and see how you would feel woking under these conditions. stop deducting beak time for bathroom breaks.

    Pros

Paid every week. Weekends off. Lots of bs contests.

    Cons

Doomed business. Extreme amount of mental and verbal abuse from customers and employees. Very unprofessional work environment. Bankruptcy. Most of the high ups don't have a clue in business or sales. Thievery, recovering addicts, criminals, unsafe work environment... and much much more!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Burn it down, and stop hiring criminals and drug addicts

    Pros

At first I loved working for the company. When I was promoted to the Trainer position I felt like I was a part of the family. When I was promoted again to Supervisor it was the highlight of my career. The money was amazing and I truly loved the teams and people I worked with.

    Cons

My schedule was never consistent, in six months my schedule changed so much I never felt rested. I would work nights until midnight and have to be back in the office at 8am the next morning. In some cases my days off would vary and then a month later it would change again with varying days off. The company is inconsistent one day its one way and the next it's another and no one would communicate the changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the Senior Management, just because you don't like someone personally does not mean they aren't good at their job. Too many times I saw trainers and supervisors treated unfairly based on your personal opinions of them and not the quality of their work. It is not a popularity contest it is a job.

    Pros

Beautiful work hours, bonuses for hard work and weeklly pay.

    Cons

Customers aren't very willing to donate. Devices used to access customers repeat dial which frustrates customers who take it out on you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More protection needs to be used for employees on the phone lines because some customers can go to the extreme of blowing a bullhorn thru their headphones.
