Pros

Strong leadership from the owners challenges staff to be the best they can be. The company is very well respected by clients and others in the industry. I felt that I learned a lot during the time I worked for AMI, although I was an experienced manager when I joined the company. There are a lot of good people working there who are supportive of each other. Senior management looks for ways to show appreciation with company events and reward programs. Many of the company's clients have been with them for a long time. Client associations include HOA's, condos and commercial associations.

Keep being supportive of staff and look for ways to increase their compensation.
