Develop a business plan that addresses growing the business, not just trying to reduce costs. Leverage IT systems across all of the segments

Smart people. Top leaders are respected and likable -- and accessible. Industry confronting many changes so if enjoy faster paced challenges, it is an interesting place to work.

Diversity is not strong at senior management levels. Diffused structure of businesses creates challenges. Not clear line of sight for advancement opportunities.

Infuse more outside perspective and expertise from other industries to gain customer insights and tap talent of workforce with increased urgency.
