    Pros

My colleague in our IT STAFF were all started in small company until it become a CORPORATION; always respect each other expertise like we are FAMILY. We learned to work as a TEAM at all times, willing to give up weekends plus worked long hours as needed, knowing the key players in order to complete the assigned PROJECT deadlines.

    Cons

The scheduled PRODUCTION IMPLEMENTATION needs major preparation and meetings to attend. The allocated time frame needs proper arranging for VALIDATION and successfully achieves the IMPLEMENTATION error free as scheduled. I need to perform multi tasks on a daily basis and work after hours for any EMERGENCY turnover release.

    Advice to Management

For new CLIENT or PROJECT, scheduled meeting is a MUST to attend and it’s open for any suggestion. If major problem occurred, we need to plan for a ROLLBACK and each TEAM must be prepared to perform each assigned task. We always check, discuss, lead or take ownership to each specific role, and look all the angles to ensure the success in delivering an accurate result under strict deadline.

    Pros

I have no pros for this trashy place.

    Cons

I was sexually harassed by a manager and wasn't helped at all by HR. They actually blamed me even though I had lots of evidence against the guy. I had to quit because of it.

    Advice to Management

Protect harassed employees instead of punishing them for talking about it.

State of the art equipment, good time off policy, (PTO & Holidays). Training. Team environment. Employee stock purchase plan. Great benefits.

    Cons

All companies have some issues, but nothing of any real substance at ASP.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Ok benefits, ok paid time off, work at home opportunities

    Cons

Even if you work hard and your performance is excellent it's still difficult to advance to higher position. There's too much micromanagement. The culture of the company has declined drastically. There is gossip, employee retaliation (I've experienced retaliation), the human resources department does not provide solutions to employee valid complaints in violation of ethics. There is favoritism. The company does not want to increase pay for employees taking multiple client calls which increases the work load. The hard workers have to pick up the slack of lazy ones. Team leads are baby sitters. Each department is on their own page which makes for numerous mistakes which should not be happening.

    Advice to Management

Groom your employees for success if you are seeing the determination to succeed. Care about your employees and don't just treat them like a number. HR needs to provide better feedback and take action on employee retaliation and ethic complaints. Clear out the employees who arent performing, this includes upper management. Take into consideration paying employees extra for training and taking multiple client calls. Each department needs to be on one accord. Also give employees a chance to advance as the positions in the call centers are all most likely related. This is not a company for a career. This is a stepping stone company to get to the company that values your education, skills, & determination. This was a ok entry level position to get experience.

    Pros

    Friendly Work Environment
    Chance to Learn New Skills
    Flexible with time off

    Cons

    Some processes are redundant
    Pettiness
    Office attire not enforced

    Advice to Management

Groom Team Leads to be effective managers and not just glorified baby sitters.

    Pros

Decent benefits, good salary, some nice people

    Cons

Favoritism, management very unprofessional, retaliation, terrible performance review system, 1% - 2% merit increases

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the people that don't do their job! There are so many cliques who wander around the building and take excessive breaks and lunches
