    Negative Outlook

I worked at Assure Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One can learn a lot here, about IT and Non IT recruitment.

    Cons

(i)Salary is not paid on time, usually paid after 13th on each month. Moreover unnecessary deductions from the salary is made. (ii)1st month salary is not paid, if the new employee fails to get any offers for the company. The employee is kept under extreme pressure, so that the person leaves by himself. (iii) Poor communication between old vs new employees. (iv) Incentives promised at the time of the offer is not paid.
