Pros
The industry they are involved in is recession proof. There is a lot of potential for this company to be the largest and the best in the industry, if the decision to do so would be made.
Cons
Aspects of the business are farmed out to less qualified companies. Insufficient analysis done on potential business opportunities impacting decisions. Very poor communication creating poor business decisions.
Advice to Senior Management
Communication is very poor between levels and within levels. Open communication can go a long way to improving employee retention
