Astadia is a fast growing global technology services company. Who's goal is to provide measurable results for their customers by using technology, creativity an highly skilled employees.

    Cons

There have been recent management changes that always cause some turmoil within an organization. Those changes are leveling out now and we look forward to the great company culture we are starting to see.

    Pros

Flexible work situation - the folks working in the field are generally pretty good. Someone on the leadership team at this company sits on GlassDoor and posts the positive reviews. Don't believe them for a moment. They fired the previous CEO. She managed to drive the company into a ditch that the current CEO will likely not be able to get out of.

    Cons

Worst employment experience ever. Crummy pay, detached leadership - a merger and acquisition gone horribly wrong. They have managed to either fire or chase off most of the competent and talented employees. Low pay, compared to other companies of their type, bottom-of-the-barrel benefits package, late payments to contractors and customers. Avoid this one like the plague. This used to be one of the best integration firms in the business. Now it's not even a shadow of it's former excellent self. Don't believe the 'We've turned around' posts on Glassdoor. Management is posting these to counter the reality that others have posted.

    Advice to Management

Lock the doors and don't look back. You failed in epic fashion. Just go home.

    Pros

New and committed executive leadership team that understands how to grow a company. New Augmented Reality technology gaining a lot of momentum.

    Cons

Still affected by the previous leaderships decisions and poor performance. These wounds will heal soon.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing because it's working! For those of you reading this Rebecca Tijerino was part of the old leadership team. Paul Cooley is our new CEO and he is much more effective at leading this company into the future.

    Pros

New leadership; enthusiastic teams eager for change; company focus is more strategic; highly talented staff who are solutions-focused.

    Cons

Owner/investors were too slow to realize change was needed. Collateral damage during the delay resulted in much attrition; poor management practices and policies continued far longer than they should have.

    Advice to Management

This ship won't right itself overnight. Recognize that people cannot give 200% day in and day out without burnout.
