    Decent benefits and pay is average.

    Cons

    No room for growth. Management needs to utilize and retain talent instead of looking at the financial burden. Workforce is aging and are slow to evolve to current market conditions.

    Be willing to accept change and harness the talents of individuals who are willing and able to grow within the organization.
