    Pros

    Working for Astek Sud-Est has one big advantage: You will be located close to the Cote d'Azur. Great place to live.

    Cons

    It is probably partly in the nature of a consultancy firm and also the technological set-up of the area, but I found it disturbing that once you are hired, you are parked at a client and virtually never get back in contact with your actual employer.

    Advice to Management

    Try to maintain at least a minimum of contact with your employees. More management staff needed to handle a large amount of consultants.

    Pros

    Pas de vraie bonne raison. Les bonnes raisons seraient si vous vous vouliez bavarder toute la journée et fumer à la pause café.

    No real good reason. Good reasons would be if you wanted to gossip all day and smoke during your coffee pauses.

    Cons

    Si vous ne négociez pas un bon salaire dès le début, vous êtes bloqué avec jusqu'à la fin. Vous n'avez jamais d'augmentation ou alors il vous faut menacer de partir pour en avoir une. Pas de progression dans la carrière. Ils vous promettent des choses à l'oral puis trouvent des excuses pour les rendre caduques. Assurez-vous que vous avez par écrit tout ce dont vous avez parlé, autrement vous vous ferez avoir. Quand vous exprimez votre mécontentement, ils n'écoutent pas.

No career progression. They promise you things by oral commitments but then come up with excuses to make them invalid.
