    Pros

Non Management are nice People. Outside Dublin City Center. Employ lots of local contractors.

    Cons

Most Managers are Padding the Budget..Always creating issues where there arent any..Manage with Fear Tactics..Lie to Head Office about Projects that are being Implemented. Especially the IT Dept FOR EU based in Ireland. Re-use projects..They never really implement anything just spend Corporates Money, Dangerous people. 50% Travel

    Advice to Management

Fire Plant Managers in Netherlands and Ireland, IT Dept for EU in Ireland and a few more in the UK. Implement SAP for real and close the Netherlands Plant and Ireland Plant in the SW.. They are the worst offenders and manipulators of all.

    Pros

As starter you will learn classical topics of pharma business, if you like perpetual meetings without any structural otcome this is the place to be.

    Cons

HR is acting as a lame duck, no support, no training, no reward, innovation is lacking, middle management has hierachical unrespectfull attitude to employees.

    Advice to Management

Wake up Tokyo, change is needed. Follow the code of conduct you installed and kick out some management in Leiden
