Pros
PEAK Sales and service training is the best in banking. Many peer managers very supportive, helping each other when needed. Enjoyed working with the people, who will be missed.
Cons
Need to streamline some of the branch operations to free up frontline staff for service and sales activities/coaching. Incorporate branch floaters to help with staffing issues, maintain quality service and sales.
Advice to Senior Management
"Putting People First" is truly the key to our success!
Pros
Monday through Friday hours, leaving at 4:30 pm
Cons
absolutely no sitting, standing at teller window for much of the day. no soft mat to stand on, only plain commercial carpet.
Teller sales are the most important part of the position. Daily sales meetings, to go over branch goals.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to attract a younger clientiel, all the sales programs are very stale, customers are getting annoyed with the constant bagering.
