Great benefits, cool people, nice work/life balance
Cons
Work very hard, but never accomplish anything in terms of deliverables of products to clients. Lack of leadership and vision from the owners and senior management. Egos outweighed experience. Imbalanced workload and unclear roles and responsibilities. Outdated technology. All employee issues are sent directly to HR instead of managers working through problems and offering solutions.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees and help them achieve their professional goals instead of stifling good talent.
