Patient focused, matrix teams, great products
Cons
Too much focus on consultants, not enough on internal knowledge from employees.
Pulling away from flexible schedule hurt employee productivity
Advice to Senior Management
Build open feedback between employees into a daily event instead of focus on static employee performance. Brand focus is great for managing operating costs. Sadly, it can leave business on the table when customers want to try brands for other therapeutic uses and the team is too focused on the current use.

Work/Life Balance is great..If you are just entering sales, this would be a good company to start with. They are open to giving people with no experience a chance.

Compensation package really sucks, bonuses are horrible, not sure about current pipeline

Compensation packages need to be more competitive..(salaries, bonuses..etc..

They will hire inexperienced reps out of college

They will hire inexperienced reps out of college who they pay much less and only put in enough time til they realize they can make more working for some other company. They used to be interested in hiring people with experience which strengthens the overall team. Instead we experienced reps dont make our team quotas because of the greeness of our team mates

Get some reps in the field that know what they are doing

Managers micro manage Sales reps and favor "friends" vs. best reps. Old boy mentality still exists.
