Pros

Very lax atmosphere, allow personal time and are very understanding personally.

Cons

Sales driven company, not interested in engineering quality. In R&D, nobody seems to have control of their products. They are constantly under pressure to produce quickly with little or no experience, and have to answer to the sales teams (indirectly) to cut corners and minimize costs.

I was routinely expected to fix things I was never trained on, then held responsible for its performance.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a little time and try to understand the technology you're trying to produce.

The managers are very friendly and generally very helpful.

Cons

They will always low ball you for salary and dont expect any rise at the end of the year either. Management does not promote growth. good place for a first job. but sticking here for too long is a waste of time. get the experience you need and get out of here as soon as u can

it is a good place for your first job the managers are supportive and encourage you. it is a small company and the quality of work is very high

Cons

the benefits are not that great. the workload is crazy and a better pay packet will make this place a nicer placeto work at

more frequent reviews to help employees know how they are performing and promote leadership skills. also better guidance for new employees (training ) would be welcome
