Cutting edge development opportunities with a lot of freedom within reasonable limits.
Friendly people with a lot of encouragement and support.
Excellent market to be in during bad economic times.

Cons

Not deep pocketed enough resulting in constant threat to product development. Although this is a good thing to keep one on their toes, it's not a healthy environment for risk taking.

Advice to Senior Management

Seemed like the most recent transaction to sell to asg was hastily done. Understood the reason that the sale had to be done; but not sure the new co is the best promoter of existing technologies.
