    Pros

Nothing can be said about the company that would justify their antics. They simply have no regard for proper workplace behavior.

    Cons

Various forms of discrimination, retaliation, harrassment, intimidation, and workplace hostility are all common place. Reports of those things are ignored and nothing gets done. This company previously was the focus of a class action law suit due to deceptive business practices yet still conduct business poorly. For instance one of their top selling products has a known failure rate of 30% due to a packaging issue but is used regardless because "it tests well".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Contact the EEOC and schedule trainings so the management team can avoid lawsuits. Get a CEO that will take his job seriously. Get rid of certain management figures who are permitted to do as they please.

    Pros

Free products, self management, great co workers.

    Cons

I worked here for several years. What was once a company with endless potential ended up being a company that has worked it's way into the ground. They outsourced their entire call center to 3rd parties. They are terrible and don't know what they are doing and no one cares. Management is a joke. They let a terrible Director destroy the moral and spirit of the company for way to long. When going to upper management to make complaints of said Director they just got rid of the employees who had valid points. They promoted the ass kissers first. Salary was a joke. Grossly underpaid and terrible over worked. You were afraid to take time off for fear of loosing your job. Certain people could come and go as they pleased with out a word said and others come 5 minutes late and get reamed. Communication was terrible. HR was a joke. Everyone knew everyone else's business due to HR leaks. Who was suing and why, who got fired and why, etc. company scammes customers with confusing language. Club offers were a scam. They would mess with billing cycles to keep chargeback low. They change employees clock in times for hourly employees so they wouldn't get OT. Salaried employees were forced to travel on weekends and not get comp time. Employees had to pre pay for everything and wait up to 2 weeks to get paid back. The executive side if the building had different rules then the CS side. Employees would sneak alcohol and get drunk at work and management would cover for them. People would get high with upper management at work. Reps would bill illegally to get numbers up and would be rewarded by management for their great numbers, but honest employees would be put on notice for lower, honest numbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the little people. They know more then you do sitting In your park ave office. Understand that your product is great but the way you sell it sucks. Wonder why those who shined so bright got their flame extinguished and find out what happened. Show compassion to employees going through hard times. Don't ask for feedback if you will use it against your employees later on.

    Pros

half the people here are great. You'll be given the chance to work on things most other places wouldn't let you even touch.

    Cons

You must sell your soul. Put in 12+ hour days. Calls while on vacation. Email that are expected to be answered at 2am. And terrible compensation for your efforts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Ideas are thrown out everyday and would greatly help this company. Unfortunately management doesn't show respect to their teams and listen to these ideas to change or correct the issues. Instead they continue on the same path that's plagued with errors.

    Pros

The company is in a great location (Newport area of Jersey City) and full of great people. It's a joy to come to work every day.

    Cons

I could probably make more doing the same job in a more corporate environment, but I wouldn't leave here for the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the growth, keep the environment fun, and keep the outsourcing to a minimum. There's nothing a third party vendor can do that we can't do better.
