Pros

Atlantic LNG is a great place to work as long as one is willing to go all out to get the job done. A lax attitude can only get you so far.There are employee reviews and each year you must sign a personal contract (PC) between you and the company to get specific tasks done. The up side to that, get all your tasks completed, and there's a guaranteed salary increase waiting for you.

Cons

Though each person has a job description and specific tasks tied to their PC, work comes at you from all angles and you are expected to get it all done.
Your direct supervisor's word is gold! so if for some reason you and that person doesn't get along, it could get a little difficult. To the point where, your work may no longer be the major determining factor in an assessment.

Advice to Senior Management

Direct supervisors and Managers leadership skills should be assessed. Personal differences should be set aside and one's hard work, diligence and attitude must be the major underlying factor.
