Pros
Many products
Mgmt doesn't micromanage each person
Other firms say it's what we have that helps you, Atlantic knows the key to success is the person more than everything
If you can't cut it your gone
Cons
Before this year we had some real losers working in the office, it's such a relief that in the second quarter of 2011 all these people are gone, because all they did was try to bring the people making money down. Biggest negative was allowing these schmucks in the office, I blame that on mgmt for allowing but thank g-d they left.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire your next sales manager from inside and don't waste money on an outside manager. Make our team better, and give them the chance.

Cons

Advice to Senior Management

Advice to Senior Management
treat all of your employees equal, don't go back on thing that you offer and make yourself available to your employees regularly
