The company is run by and organization that is committed to making money running a successful airline. Significant investments have been since we were bought by SkyWest Inc.

Cons

All regional airlines are subject to the changing priorities of their mainline partners. ASA only flies for Delta Air Lines at the moment, hence, all of our eggs are in one basket. ASA only has an Atlanta base. Generally, you rather love or hate Atlanta.

Advice to Senior Management

I look forward to the day when we are flying for more that one carrier. It is extremely frustrating to strive to be the best everyday and then be cut during the next request for proposal.

Great pay.. job stability .. honesty

disgruntled employees that are tired of working period..and that need to retire ... Management overlooks our great performance and does not reward us accordingly

throw us a freakin bone!! something that lets us know our airline is growing

It has a fantastic training department where one can learn a lot.

It's an airline - enough said.
