    Pros

Competitive environment with the opportunity to allow your individual success if you work hard and smart. Highly competitive but having the ability to respect others successes.

    Cons

Larger wholesale division than retail so it is not always possible to know if a deal is being worked on more than one front.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to over communicate. Don't assume that information has disseminated its way to the troops.

The worst company to work for. They are horrible and have a very high turn over rate.

    Pros

It is a job with no satisfaction. If you enjoy working for a substandard company then this is the right career move.

    Cons

Low Pay, Long hours, no respect, They can't close business so they sell used hardware to other vars and pass it off as new

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage a company that has been in business for 34+ years. Stop conducting "back door deals" and be ethical.

    Pros

Good people. Endless possibilities in the global hardware market. Great name in the business, and very professional staff and operations. Management makes changes when needed.

    Cons

Information silos. Communication among managers and leadership to employees could be better. IT systems are dated and should be upgraded and updated. They don't place any priority on technology to help you do your job better.

    Advice to Management

I believe management should listen to all of their employees, not just the favorites that are doing well. They should also try to unite the teams, not divide them. Everyone should be working together.

    Pros

People are the reason for success. Culture allows for work hard play hard mentality Compensation above market Direction knows where they are going Senior leadership is tenured and transparent

    Cons

Like most employers, Atlantix is constantly pushing for growth. This means long hours, but with significant rewards if your willing.

    Advice to Management

Stay strong and stick to your strategy, execute, communicate, and do it with enthusiasm. Continue to lead the industry because they always seem to follow.
